Meet Our Chef

Raj Weerasekare began his culinary and hospitality career in Sri Lanka and went on to formally study hotel management and hospitality abroad. After coming to the U.S. and settling down in Santa Cruz, he worked as a chef for the renowned India Joze restaurant before launching his own business. Through the years, Raj developed his own signature style of vegetarian cooking inspired by flavors from Sri Lanka, India, and a little Malaysian influence that continues to dazzle vegetarians and non-vegetarians to this day.
